Service description
StartWise provides an idea validation engine: chat assistance, search over a curated startup product corpus, and evidence-oriented validation reports. Features may require an account.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and may sign in with email/password or Google where enabled.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use StartWise to:
- Violate law or third-party rights
- Abuse, scrape, or overload the service beyond normal product use
- Attempt to bypass authentication, quotas, or access controls
- Submit prompts or content that are illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit (NSFW), or intentionally deceptive
- Misrepresent AI or corpus-assisted output as professional advice
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Research output & disclaimer
Validation reports, chat replies, and corpus rankings are research assistance only. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. You remain responsible for how you use the output.
Intellectual property
StartWise branding, software, and curated corpus packaging remain our property (or our licensors'). Your prompts and materials remain yours; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service (for example processing prompts through configured AI providers).
Paid features
Paid plans and credit packs are shown on Pricing before checkout. Payments are processed by Creem (Merchant of Record). Subscriptions renew until canceled via the billing portal on your Profile. See our Fulfillment Policy for delivery and refunds.
